Slips are available!

Ferry Slip features 128 slips, many of which are entered by owners into our Rental Pool. The association (Ferry Slip) also owns a handful of slips that are available for rent or sale. You have an opportunity to spend your boating summer at one of the finest spots on the Thames River!

Pricing for Summer 2024 Rental is simple:

35’ slips = $2800 + tax

40’ slips = $3210 + tax

Rental price includes WiFi, water, power, and one (1) Maintenance Haul Out.

Maintenance Haul Outs include two (2) hours in the slings, not blocked, and must be used sometime between the Spring launch and September 15th.

Slip rental DOES NOT include access to the clubhouse. A key fob to the clubhouse can be purchased with a $100 deposit. $75 will be refunded upon the return of the key fob. Key fobs are issued per season.
